http://www.torontoport.com/Port/Powered-Vessel-Operators-Permit/Apply-for-a-Permit.aspx Hello, I'm new to the site ( looks great by the way, I'm sure I'll get lots of useful info here ) and I'm wondering how many people here that fish off the Toronto port have this license? Do I really need this to go out in my boat and fish in that area ( http://www.torontoport.com/TorontoPortAuthority/media/TPASiteAssets/port/yurisdiction.png ) ? Or am I really going to miss out on some great spots without one? Also does anyone know how difficult/long the test would be? thanks for your time! Ken
