Forgot the link to the clamp Called "Bimini Jaw Clamp Slides" -
This is how I did mine. These clamps are stainless and have been using in fresh and salt water for 2 years. I like them because if I don't want them on the boat, I can remove the outer screw only (which holds the pulley in place) and the clamp stays put. Just buy them to fit your T-Top tube size.
