Well im a 30 year old who has started fishing about 5 years ago but only really started to get serious last year.  I have a 2012 17' Crestliner Super Hawk with a 115 Merc.  I just installed 2 older model Big Jon Captain pack Downriggers with Duel rod holders installed using Berts Custom Tackle Track.  I have fished for salmon a total of 3 days in my life however had an amazing time and am excited to start marking July down on the calendar for trips to Lake Ontario.  I spend most of my time fishing on Lake Simcoe for Pike, Bass, Lake Trout, and Whitefish.  I enjoy fishing for walleye but contrary to what they say I don't think there are any in Lake Simcoe and if there are they are in very low numbers.  I love to ice fish mostly for perch unless the lake gets solid enough then we try to get out deeper for lakers and whiteys.  Like i said I am new to the fishing world so I may not be a wealth of knowledge but i'm here to learn and will share what info I can.
