For the swivel base and rod holders you dont have choice , they are mold in the downrigger. When i said the base are not included ,i wanna talk about the base you fixed on the boat to clip the Downrigger on it. 569,99 x 2 = 1139,98 1139,98 +taxes = $1299,57 approx You saved $300 approx ! I think it's a good deal My downriggers seems like a new one.
