Was at Captain Bobs in Clarence and he had a few in the back.  There was pinkish ones and green (maybe perch) not sure the color names though.

Your right about Captain Bobs! I ended up picking up a few from him. He has a very nice selection of gear in his shop and he is a realy nice guy too

Thanks for all the responses. I'm pretty good on Perch and Blue colors. I would still like to find some odd colors like Wonder bread/Clown colors and maybe some Purples. As well as more black/silver and green/white. Thanks

Yeah it's harder and harder to find them. Times two and dukhnter8 are right they are great. The only thing that comes close are Bay Rats

Any one out of Hamburg, Sturgin or the Catt today? Lake is like glass today. Tried the River around Bluewater Marina and the Lighthouse at Riverside park yesterday. Dink after dink all day.

Landed 5 sunday dropped another 3 - Out of the Catt a little East  - 175 back outside dipsey - 153 back inside dipsey - Rigger 70 down knocked a few times too but we only brought in one from it.  78 fow was best. Great marks from 74-82fow.  Blue chatter sticks , Blue & green harness and Black & Pink harness worked. The Lake flattened out.  We started out Perch fishing. Made several moves but only 3 fish by 11am. We then trolled til kickoff

onthewater247 wasn't bull s***ing!  Hit Olcott yesterday before the winds kicked up. We ran 3 dipseys and 1 rigger in 45-55 fow. We ended up landing 17 lakers and missed another 7 or 8. Thanks for the info. Carl!

Thanks bait rigger. I'm not sure if we can dip minnows at the foot of ferry in the upper river and use them in the lower river

Where can I dip minnows in the lower niagara or close by in the lake?

 

so I mounted my go pro to my downrigger back and have fished with it a few times and will no luck, either that rod didn't fire or the camera angle was way off. Well yesterday we got it ! and its pretty cool to see it actually happen, the fish took 5 shots at it and missed a minute before it actually got the hook. I haven't edited it down yet so you cant just skip thru the dead footage and here are the times you will see something 

 

4:20 a nice fish darts in from the right and misses it

 

13:55 a nice fish comes in on the left of the bait and takes a peak

 

14:25 here is the action, comes up and strikes at it atleast 5 times

 

15:25 Fish on!

 

fished out of olcott yesterday and this was in 250 fow 58ft down in 44degress
