Yes I did, sadly the fish was dead by the time I got to talk to him. He said he would not do it again thankfully.

I hope fisherman are becoming better educated about catch and release and the regulations for the tigers in Otisco. I noticed a lot of small tigers being kept in the pictures at one of the tackle shops. I also saw someone keep a 28 incher, he said he was going to eat it....

Yes it has a charging system and electric start. The motor is currently near Ithaca NY.

It was on a 21 foot bayliner trophy walk around, it trolled great at just above idle speed. It was used exclusively in freshwater and sea foam was always added to its fuel.

Remote throttle? Gas assist tilt? Power tilt?

It does not have power tilt. It does includes a throttle control box.

Mercruiser engine replacement help

I want to replace the 1985 Mercruiser 228 Alpha One engine in my 1985 Cruisers Baron 222. What are my options for replacement engines? I don't care if it is a v6 or v8, I just would like to know all the options I have so I can find the best value motor for my money when i search online. Many thanks!
