We started in 250 and picked up a steelhead, now in shallow for browns and picked up a laker so far

We bought a new boat this year and it came with a fish hawk 840 but the control head does not pick up the probe and the probe works fine. Would the transducer be shot? Any help would be appreciated

Went out today and went 4/5 west of Olcott meat ff and spoons all got bit

Fished 7/14 and 7/15. Despite the lake flipping yesterday we found fish in 240fow 50-80 down produced king and steelhead bites but lost all steelhead and went 4/5 for kings. Meat/FF/and spoons worked.
