I'm from southwest PA. Been fishing Erie for 18 years and would like to try Ontario for salmon (Have my own boat). I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some information or recommendations in which to stay, launch , best time of year to fish, etc. I was thinking about the Olcott area. My wife and I were talking about driving up sometime in late April or early May to check things out. A recommendation on a place to stay for this trip would be appreciated (pet friendly). Thanks for any help.
