Edward Buckett, i'm new on this forum so am hoping to get some good tips and share my own experiences. my first trip of the season is booked for lake Ontario May 7, but if I can find another fisher person to join me I'd like to get out late April. I have an 18ft starcraft holiday boat with an i/o 115hp drive and a 9.9hp trolling motor. I live in Peterborough and trailer my boat around fishing the small lakes in the area plus lake Ontario. I occasionally get on lake Huron and I'm keen to try lake Erie. I fish for all sport fish in season in their various environs.

Hi there I'm new to the forum and will be spring fishing out of Colbourne for trout and salmon. Can anyone advise water depth to fish and east or west out of the harbour. Do Brown's run shallow in this area in the spring?
