  1. For Cayuga it depends on what your fishing for. North end of lake for Bass/Perch, if your looking for Lakers/Rainbows/LL then they've been down between 50-90' in about 150'-200' of water. Haven't been up to north end yet so don't know how bad the weeds are but he water fleas are in full bloom so use heavy line (or copper) to keep them off. Otherwise your line will get all gunked up with them if your trolling. Trolling spoons, spin-n-glows and flys are working good if you get them down to the right depth. 

  2. While I've been up there a lot I've never really fished 4th Lake that much. A lot of the Laker and LL fishing is just north of Dollar Island and on the east side of Cedar Island. I see a lot of boats jigging (old timers will be handlining flashers) or trolling there. That also seems to be where most of the ice fishermen set up as well.
