  1. Here are photos of the Penn Yan (engine, interior and back-end) and the Glastron boat.
  2. 1976, 21-foot Penn Yan inboard with V-8 tunnel drive, 305 Hp engine and a1965 Glastron Tri-hull 15-foot boat with 60 Hp Mercury Cruiser outboard engine. Both came with property I purchased on Sodus Bay; I’ve never used them. Both are housed in a covered boathouse with “rail/dolly” systems for launching. No trailers for either boat. Condition rather questionable. Last registered and used in 2016. Free for the taking! Must agree to take both boats. Viewing by appointment.
  3. Thanks for writing. I should have said that the prices I posted were for February only. I was thinking of ice fishing groups. Otherwise, the nightly rate varies considerably, depending on the season, weekdays vs. weekends, holidays, etc. Best to go to the VRBO website and look for listing #1606731, then check the calendar (and read the detailed description of the property and check out the many photos). At the present time, the only availability in July is the 23rd to the 30th. The only availability left in August is the 19th to the 26th. (Summer tends to be full by the previous Thanksgiving - I had a recent cancellation for August.) There is plenty of availability in other months. I have hosted many angler groups. There is a 50 foot dock big enough for 4 boats. When the snow is gone, there is enough parking for 7 or more cars/trucks/trailers.
  4. VRBO listing #1606731. Access the Bay directly from the property's beachfront or travel 1/4 mile to an extremely popular access point (over 200 trucks on the weekend). 3 floors, sleeps 12, parking for 4 vehicles. $425-$499 nightly.
