Good afternoon! I may have a bit of a project on my hands. I've got an older (1987) Penn Yan that could very well need some work done. Looking for GOOD, reputable shops somewhere in Upstate NY to possibly have the work done. I'd be looking to replace the stringers, bulkheads, and transom with Coosa or something similar to make sure that if I have the work done one time, that's the only time the deck and liner are coming out of the dang thing.
