    Deer numbers are low, Must be all the mountain lions... internet says this trail cam photo of this year-long buck was taken this past week in the town of Newfane.

    They have done that since the beginning of time over there. Their entire farm gets wacked pretty good before the season even starts.

    What a difference a week makes. The tolls of gun hunting pressure are surely being seen in the deer woods of 8A. Daytime deer activity has screeched to a halt. History has taught me that the majority of gun hunters hang it up by the end of thanksgiving weekend.

    Kicked up a doe and buck walking in this morning. It's the third time in 13 months that I've done that in that exact spot. It's A real thin hedgerow, at the top of the hill, in the wide open, and apparently must be a romantic location. Sent from my E6782 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
