  1. I am not very political,I vote for the person I hope will do the best job, but here is NANCY PELOSIS phone number and e-mail address. 1-202-225-0100 and her e-mail address is www.speaker.house.gov/contact/ She will not let a vote come to the house floor to increase drilling off shore,in alaska, and the oil shale. I told them NO DRILLING, NO VOTE FOR YOUR PARTY. They say that over 70% of americans are in favor of increased drilling. The longer we wait the higher the cost of gas. I have heard that gas in the marinas are anywhere from $4.50 to over $5.00 a gal. I am not trying to promote any agenda other then LOWER GAS prices

  3. I was at captains cove yesterday, and found a great selection of dodgers, squids, flies, all sorts of tapes and ladderback tapes. Many different makes of spoons, in all the popular colors. A great selection of NK spoons and even suttion spoons. There is a great selection of dipsys in all the colors and sizes plus accessories(rings and snumbers). There are all sorts of releases and acc. for downriggers, such as parts for crimping the cable, etc, weights and ball buddies. Spools of copper wire, rods, reels and bass fishing equiptment. This is a very well stocked store. They will even special order,if they dont have it in stock. The owners are new this year and very nice to work with. We need to support our local tackle shops,as much as possible, If they are gone, what is left, Dicks and gander mountain.

  4. I have run the victrolla rigs when I was fishing for lake trout in canandaigua lake. We would use this rig and side wheels when we fished out of 14ft. alum. open fishing boats. We would make the distance between the beads on the main line 20ft.There are 5 of them. The length of the leaders, off the main line, are 20ft. We would use a1lb. or 1 1/2lb.weight and bounce the weight on the bottom. The leaders and the main line are wound together on the spool and the spoon hooked onto the top of the spool. We ran 5 spoons because the law said we are allowed 15 hook points or 5 treble hooks. This is a hand held rig and worked all right for lake trout, browns, and small rainbows. I cannot imagine having a 20lb. salmon on this rig. Dont know if this helps or not but anything more I can help with, just ask. ps I still have my victrolla rig and side wheels.
