With a bow thruster you won't have any problems docking and they troll very straight. I had a Baha 25 single screw with no thruster and it took a while to get use. A friend of mine has a 25 Carolina Classic single screw with a bow thruster and he backs his boat all the time.

I seem to remember last spring prior to the release of our pen fish they

scooped several net fulls of the young salmon to weigh them and found that

a good number of them had no fin clips

This is what I was told was the case all along the lake in 2009.

Makeing their natural reproduction estimates very unreliable at that point.

I'm speaking for the pen project in Olcott and I do all the weight checks. We have received clipped kings since 2008. I have looked for fish not clipped and haven’t found any since we’ve been getting clipped fish. I also have no reason to not believe the number of fish that the Salmon River Hatchery delivers to us. They are the people that do the work and are a great group to work with.

The bad news is the promotions were not replaced and a manpower shortage will really affect hatchery operations.

The DEC said that the Salmon River Hatchery in Altmar was only one person down and they have been for awhile so that won't affect their operation.

When I put autopilot on my 25' baha cruiser( inboard ) I switched to hyd steering from cable, best decision I made for a boat upgrade and well worth the money, at least for me.

I have the new X-4 system and haven't installed it yet but I'm using the X-4 probe with my fishhawk 840 and it works great. As far as the new transducer I got with the X-4, It says Airmar on the transducer and the sticker on the cable says - Airmar transducer P52, 66kHz-A, PN: 31-379-1-11, Rev. 02. You can't go wrong with the new X-4 probe or the system.

All the King Salmon stocked in Lake Ontario on the American and Canadian side in the 2009 and 2008 season had the adipose fin clipped by the Salmon River Hatchery Trailer. So all the shakers that have that adipose fin are natural born.

You can place a fish in each division during the derby, but at the end of the derby you can only collect in one division for a cash prize. My son had a fish in the steelhead and salmon division last fall and he took the prize in the salmon division and gave up the steelhead prize. So his name came off the steelhead division and everyone under him moved up one place.

Yes, temp is in degrees of fahrenheit or celsius and speed is in mph or knots or kph.

the default is fahrenheit and mph.

This data is out of the x4 owners manual.
