I "observerved" for the first time last year , had a great time and learned alot.

I think the Pro/Ams is a great series of tournaments. I'm all for the NO COMMUNICATIONS rule.

It'll help level up the playing field and assure an added level of fairness.

Thanks , everyone , since you decided to share my birfday w/me , I'd like to share my biggest King of the season with all of you

Ditto ,what Musky said . Only thing I have to add is these "Captains Pak" style downriggers ,are usually mounted on a swivel base , some packages come with them now I'm pretty sure. They are lockable in the up position (for use w/planer

boards) and as well as down (for use w/downrigger weights). Some buy an extra spool and spool it just with planer board

line , swap it out with wire one when its time to go deep. Also "new" these riggers come with sectional booms or arms , at

the moment I own the manual version of this rigger ($) and it comes in three sections for the arm , I only use two .

Is there any way I can find out more about these streamers? , that Gene Karb makes. Sounds like he makes a variety of colors , by the way you mentioned certain no.s (CC#2)

Fishing has been tougher than normal this year , but thats why its called fishing I guess .

Managed one before sun up and one shortly there after Then went for a boat ride for a couple hours

The guy who makes those Jigs, showed up a half hour after you left, He said if you ever need anything custom to let him know, he does good work, makes ice fishing Rods, custom beads for steelies too! Nice meeting you Vic!! Shane.

Figures he showed up after we left. I going to give those heads a try , I'm sure I'm going to need more

The trout bead thing , I havent caught up to that style of fishing yet , so I'll be asking you some questions
