  8. the only thing i can think of right this second is to through bolt some clean looking bases and then mount your riggar board to them with some easy access bolts. this way all that would be left is the bases when you want to pleasure cruise. had to do somthing similar on the boat we have now too. the mom wanted to keep it looking nice so she could bring friends out on it lol capt. 10. holy crap thats fantastic. but i still think a skillful captain can dock a boat sufficiently our twin engine vessel cant go perfectly sideways but everything else we can already do so... will this make boating easier for some... absolutly but for those of us who either cant afford it or dont need it, its just a cool new invention soon to be capt. 12. Hello every body my name is William Holden i am the first mate on the 27 foot twin I/O sport craft. Both my father and i are waiting for our charter captains license to arrive in the mail. we look forward to meeting many new people and enjoying the fantastic fishery here in sandy. i will answer as many questions as i can from anybody and i will take any info or advice from everybody my goal is to become a very successful charter captain and join the ranks of all those i have looked up to and still look up to today. Soon to be Capt. William Holden of the boat Fishing Fanatic
  13. hello this sounds like my old boat and what my father and i had to do to keep up with the other boats to have riggars. heres the deal i ran a platform made out of hard wood for the same thing your biggest issue is going to be making shure everything mounts up solid as a rock. there is a lot of torque on the down riggars. given the oportunity the riggars will break and fly right off the boat. just be careful and make sure everything is secured very well. once that is all set your only issue i could see is netting all those big fish. good luck Capt. 14. hello i was reading about yor situation and it reminded me of my boat. i have a twin engine sportcraft that has two separate charging systems for our batteries. i have found that as long as you keep an eye on the battery voltage with your depth finder you can predict when the battery is about to die what i do to stop that from happening is just fire up the other engine and charge for a while. in your case i suggest you fire your main engine and just leave it in neutral for a while to throw a fresh charge in your battery. it works great on our boat just though you should try.
