  1. 2075 is a great boat, I have a 621 and mainly walleye fish but makes frequent summer trips up to Ontario. Rangers fish great and don't catch as much wind as Pro V's but they do fish excellent.

Glass will ride better in the rough stuff and drier. The new 2075 Tyee Glass might be a better model to look at as well. Lund is STILL using wood in their transoms and models from 06-07 are starting to fail, huge minus IMO.

Skeeter would be another big deep water big boat to look at as well.

  2. Just watch your divers and rigger cable if they aren't pinned and bent you aren't going fast enough. When all else fails stay 2.8-3.0 GPS. Typically going into them GPS speed will be slower, last day I was up 2.5 into them 3.0 with them and caught fish in both directions. Another thing you can watch is your drags when you spin it around to go into them if they are creeping going into the wind you might be going to fast, just pay attention to them while your going with them as well you want them at the point of not creeping with them...then same against them if that makes sense.

But yeah Probe way easier and takes the guesswork out. obvious is obvious

  3. Got back out this am for a short trip before heading back home fished 7-11 got our 12 and missed some dropped a few others, 1 fat coho at 10 lbs, 2 two year olds and some nice steel to 10+ didn't get a mature today

Nkb was good again on wire and rigger, white glow spin doc with hammer, black/mt dew spin doc with 42nd, chrome green dot with billy v green ghost, crazy b combo on 115 rigger, nuc green chrome with billy v green ghost, 6 inch mt dew with purple mirage on 300. Nothing was clicking on the flasher fly bite, get a fish and the combo would die nothing went twice if I recall right, our hot rod yesterday went from stud to dud seems like chrome flashers were slightly better today. All 4 wires both riggers and two different coppers all caught, just a good pick. Wish more matures were around but good fishing so can't complain too much. Survey chick said not to many matures being caught and she's Beens all over. The Duckweed was horrible at the launch, coated my boat and trailer something severe.

    Until next time....

  4. We had around 30 bites today boated 17. 6 or 7 salmon couple 2 year old 1 mature and a few real nice fat coho. Lots of nice steel. Checked a 12 and 11 for loc had a couple over 10 as well. Riggers at 77 and 104 green dot spin doc with ultra green glow on the 104 was a stud nbk on the other rigger mupped was solid. Divers took a bunch of shots 210-240 on 1 setting and 210-260 on a 3. Die hard on the wires took over later I'm the day. Coppers were pretty dead today only a few shots. Lake laid down to almost nothing. Great day on the water.

  5. I normally get 2-3 trips in but had a baby so I'm feeling lucky I get one 3 days trip I hope to make the best of it that's for sure. I usually fish inside water in the evening we come in take a break mid day to get out of the sun and eat lunch. Weather forecast looks really good, might be a tad bumpy saturday but fishable. When we fish offshore we usually work 27-30 line like everyone else, usually find something prior to the 30 though.

  6. The new diawa seagate with. 450 of marked copper would be a great option, it's high speed too.

I have a 300 on 50h saltist and 800 tekota with 450 tekota both work well, high speed a must after using the saltist
