Dan, I just listed my 22 ft Grady White SeaFarer. It is in great condition. I am asking $10k for boat and 2009 trailer. Call or text me @ 716-536-4830 Ed D. -
Ready for fall fishing - 1989 Grady White SeaFarer 226. This is a 2 owner boat originally purchased from Brobeil Marine and only used in fresh water. The boat is in excellent working condition. All seat cushions and cuddy cushions are in good condition - no tears or rips. Has a 5.0L Mercruiser. Livewell/washdown. 2 batteries with switch. Hydraulic trim tabs. Comes with a HumminBird fishfinder/GPS combo with Nav maps. Also comes with a FishHawk Temp/Troll to help you pin point the temperatures where the Salmon are feeding! 2009 ShoreLand'r aluminum trailer. New in 2010 timeframe..SunBrella Bimini and Tanneau Cover as well as a heavy custom whole boat cover. This boat can take whatever the lake dishes out as it is made for offshore fishing. It's a Grady! Selling because my wife wants a bow rider. Asking $10,000 for both boat and trailer...and I'll throw in a set of older functional Cannon Magnum downriggers. Won't last. Call or text 716-five-three-six-4830

Got out of Olcott around 4pm for an evening run. Where did the East wind and 4 footers come from? Anyway, ran North and a little West out to 24.6 line around 400' of water. Took a Steelhead in about 70' of water on a green/black glowy spoon. Several nice marks along that line. I think we would have done better if not for the slop.

Fished Wilson/Olcott from 7am to 1pm. Started in 150. FOW. Picked up lines at 9am. Went deep to 380. 3 steelies after that. Green was the color of the day. Flies and spoons. Fish were around 60. -

I got skunked out of Wilson sat evening. Good temp and we marked some fish. Though bait balls were up high and fish were marking down 60'. -
I'm thinking about buying a chunk of land in Wilson to hunt. Been doing some research, though, and the deer take up there doesn't look great. Anyone out there hunt Wilson? How is it?

I run these Cabela's Innerflow Rods (see link). I'm thinking to switching to copper wire. Anyone run copper on these? The tips are stainless/titanium...should hold up? Thanks in advance. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas- ... l+Products

Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: Sally II ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s): 8/24 afternoon Time on Water: 5pm till dark Weather/Temp: Wind Speed/Direction: NE Waves: 2' slop Surface Temp: Location: Wilson LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 1 Total Boated: 1 Species Breakdown: 24 pound king Hot Lure: Trolling Speed: Down Speed: Boat Depth: 125 Lure Depth: ?? ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ==================== Headed out in the afternoon with my nephew who had never reeled anything in off the lake. Slow start from 70' and out...a few marks, but no takers. Kept changing up and threw everything I had at them. Finally at around 7:30pm, I put a black/crinkle spinny with a green fly on my dipsie and put it 300' back on #3 setting. Couple minutes later and the rod started shaking. My nephew got on it and did a great job with this fish which ran every which way, including under the boat. At the end, it tangled in my downrigger and by the time I got it on the boat, it had 1 hook in it with NO LINE ATTACHED TO IT. Just made it. All in all a great night and one that my nephew won't soon forget!
