We've caught sheephead in the Erie Canal using worms, on the bottom of course.

I'd like to take my son out to the Webster Park Pier, does anyone know if the fishing is good right now? Are there other shore fishing opportunities around the Rochester area (for any kind of fishing)? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
