  2. Boat is located in Erie, Pa. and is currently shrunk wrap. It can be seen with appt. I will need to have a shrink door installed. If you have questions or are interested in looking at it give me a call at 814-392-6996 Thanks Joe http://erie.craigslist.org/boa/2150296664.html
  3. I had a Cannon SNT for 3 years and lost the probe due to a break off. I t was a good unit and had nice features. The battery life was mediocore at best. I usually had to change the battery once a month. That was the only draw back I had. After losing the probe I searched locally and the internet, then called cannon. Replacement probes are $300 if and where you can find them. Cannon has none. I ended up scrapping the head unit and going with a Depth Raider. Very pleased with it and it is attached with a scotty type termination instead of the crimp tubes. The SubTrolls are nice too, but they only had the Depth Raiders in stock when I needed a SNT. Oh yeah battery lasts all season. If I can help further shoot me a PM
  4. I needed an old style swivel base last spring as one of my "Buddys" put the Riggers out before we left and my dock neighbor tore it off the boat. Try www.captgarys.com they were the only ones able to get it and I got that site from a cannon rep. I talked to [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
  5. I have 2 Cannon Mag 10's that came with a boat. They are the older style without the painted housing. Looks to be off white Lexan or something. Did all Cannon riggers have short stop features? These two have the stainless contact screw in the middle of the spool but do not stop when the ball comes out of the water? If these can be fixed what do I replace?? The switch??
  6. Thank You very much for the help. it will be nice to add one more option to the "spread" when I head to the Oak in June/July. Thanks Again, Joe.
  7. I am in the process of setting up a wire diver rod and need some help. I have a Shimano Talora rod with a Okuma Convector reel. I spooled the wire onto the reel o.k. tied with a homer rhodes knot. At the end of the line how do you attach the snap swivel? I did a search and all I came up with was add a plastic bead, 1" of surgical tubing, a plastic bead 2 crimp sleeves, loop twice thru ring on swivel and crimp using 2 crimp sleeves. Is this the way most attach swivels to wire??? Thank You for any advice you can give. Joe
