I've been using one of their mounts for about 8 years now. I've been through 2 grills.and the mount is.still fine. You prolly can mount the grill straight up to the universal bracket that is what I did

I use the heavy duty off shore downrigger release for all purposes. I like them better cuz u can see shaker fish much better with these than the blacks

No it doesnt matter what size spoon ive experimented with multiple cheaters too but that can get a little ugly. You dont have to set them at q0 foot either, you can run them as far above your down lure as you want. I use 10 ft personally most of the time.

You can also use the offshore small releases for pinning your cheaters. You put it on your slider and hook your leader on your mainline then pinch the off shore and pin it to the mainline.

The wre k just east of hughes is in 100 fow and is marked by a blue and white bouy. The pville yacht club has a race bouy halfway to hughes in 70izh fow and also one to the west and they r unlit so be car efull blasting around at night. Also if anyone is a history buff check out the war of 1812 on line they used pville for a marina for that back then.

On the overkill in hughes marina im trying to sell them for my buddy jeff. Bought them over the winter but wants to sell the now. Only used about a half a dozen times 2 mag q0 digitrols and 2 mag five. All with bottom tracking and positive ion control he wants 750 for the fives and 800 for the 10s. Let me know if interested.

I know thats most mates do make around from 50 to 100 plus tips so the mate actually makes more than the captain because they usually have nothing invested in the rig. A fair tip for the mate/captain is 10 to fifteen percent. As gambler said we will be busting our butts to put fish on for you.

Yes they are. You can get bases for any of the riggers from traxstech. Swivel or stationary. Before I got the traxstech riggers I ran 2 swivel mounts on the side and one stationary down the middle.

I have tested the lead core compared to torpedo divers 19 strand for the depth it runs at and they match exactly still testing to be done with the dive bombs or torpedo divers added to them.

Couldnt open the app but there is alot to be said about the smart troll. I have used it on a limited basis since april and it is amazing the difference in where we think things are. Still working on getting the system working fully but I can tell you one thing for sure. When you are running two riggers at the same depth one with a prob on it and one without there is only 1 foot of difference between them. More testing to be done once I get my my zystem working again.

If you rig them with 19 strand torpedo wire you get the bext od all worlds whether you fish deep for fleas or just about any application you will not have a problem. It will cost a little more but you wont have to worry about anything.

I have used it minimully there were a couple of issues that are being worked out as I type. I dont know the availabilty of the units for everyone to buy but do know he is trying to get some inventory to do that. It will be an awesome unit once little details are taken care of and it is a big surprise where some of your line are actually.

You cohld mount a track from traxstech between your wells and get some bases for the riggers then u could slide the riggers in and out of the track at will. Good for using th3m and then removing them easily for traveling. Or you could put a trolling bar over the transom and then you could slide stuff all over the place back there. I tie mine straight on so I can make the lead whatever lenght I need. I have around 20 long leaders made up for spares then I just cut them to the lenghtni want and tie them on.

I've been ru ning the 19 strand on my diawa heartlands for three years now with no guide wear what so ever. When running like a lead core lkke mattnew said you can let the wire out and put a piece of mono inline before your backer to hook it on for the boards or like I do witn my rigger rods I run the offsnore red rigger releases right on the wire and they usually last a whole season and then I replace the pads at the end of the year anyways. Look me up this weekend rick and ill show you the wire rods I have set up. It works great for the way down deep fish

While you are running the two dipseysbon one side if the outside one fires you dont have to pull the inside dipsey. You can move it to the center of the boat until you get control of the fish and get it behind the boat. After you get it behind the boat fight the fish just lime a rigger fish and work it between your other lines. Once you get the fish in move your inside didsey back to the middle of the boat while you let your outside disey back out till you get it out about halfway then move it back to the side again.

I run torpedo diver 19 strand wire on all my rigger rods with a twenty pound suffix leader on the end. You can use itball year with no problems and when the fleas are in town you wont have to worry about them either. You can still run fixed cheaters or sliders off the wire also I have been doing it all year and it is sweet. Try it and Im sure you will too. The wire is a little more expensive but woth every penny.
