I always thought I was pretty well connected as to what is coming. I have not heard any suggestion that license fees will increase in 2011. I would think any increase this soon would cause rebellion in the state.

I would invite fishermen to contact me regarding Great Lakes issues especially those of concern in Lake Ontario. I am actively pursuing a referendum voye regarding wind turbines in Lake Ontario. We can groan and complain about an authority dictating to us what they want in your lake, but we need to challenge NYPA and have our say. Rich Kessel, Pres. of NYPA has stated at all the meetings I have attended that NYPA will abandon the wind project for Lake Erie and Ontario if the citizens do not want it. I ask we have a referendum and see if he is a man of his word. Obviously we would have to win the vote... that will be a lot of work.
