  1. I had 40lb big game spliced on my rigger rods and there were still a lot of a lot of fleas attached to the line. So bad Monday there were fleas on the spoon hooks. Spliced in 30 lb blood run sea flea line today and will see if it is any better this weekend. BTW fishusa has a sale on sea flee line if you are interested.

  4. Up for sale is a used Okuma Convector CV 20L reel and vintage Mitchell downrigger rod. Both in very good condition. $50 for both. Or I can separate them. $35 for the reel and $15 for the rod. I am in Amherst NY and prefer a local pick-up. Thanks.

  10. Shimano Tekota 300 & Talora TDR 8 foot Downrigger Rod Like new Tekota 300 reel with 250 feet of 20# Flea Flicker line. Fishing rod is a TDR-80ML2B 8 footer. This would make a great Walleye combo or spring trout/salmon rig. Some of the lower grip material on the rod is worn off from pulling in and out of metal rod holder. See pics. Paid $150 new. Selling for $80.

  15. Hello Ruff Rider: Fished in front of Wilson harbor in 80 to 130 FOW. Lots of fish marked on the sonar. 1 small King and 2 knock offs. One on a lead core four colors and 75 feet on the rigger. Very slow pick.
  16. I was out fishing today from 7am until 12:30 pm. Started in 60 fow and worked out to 150 fow. Did not have one knock off. Meat rigs and spoons on riggers, dipsies, nothing worked. Any ideas?
