  1. Hi Ray

All those trophy,s are in my Hunting Cabin . My wife prefers it that way , so I got to build the Cabin I always wanted. You are welcome to see it if you are down my way. Yes there were many misses over the years. I did write a story about them , maybe I can fit it on here some day.

Lets hope we keep on trucking for a long time yet.

SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS With so many fish in the river I thought they would be stacked up in front of it. Trolled for two hours did not mark a fish or catch any . Did not see any other boats get any either, so we hauled the boat out for this season and headed for the river. Now mind you I never fished the river before . This was a first for me. Well I think I am now hooked on it. I hooked into 6 fish and , what a battle, Salmon were flying everywhere. I managed to land a nice King about 12 lbs. and dropped another at my foot that was over 20 lbs. I fished for about five hours that day . I was all in by then. It was a great day of fishing . You know I will be at it again.

  3. P3434, I checked out the river on wed. early evening and saw lots of fish getting caught at the bridge in town. They were breaking water all over the place. I wondered how they all got by us in the Lake . I think all those big marks I saw on my fish finder right on the bottom in the last 2 weeks , which I thought were bait ,were really Salmon with lock jaw. They just would not bite. I will try something different next time around.

  5. Hey Len, My son and I were in Oswego two weeks ago and also had one of those great days you hope to repeat every trip. I was wondering what you thought of Costello's Cabins?

    jeff (from Somerset,N.J.)

    Hi Jeff

Never stayed at Costello's Cabins. So I don't know . It was raining like hell tues. when we came in and no place to clean fish, so we went there to have them cleaned . they did a nice job of it , but $3. a fish. I usually clean my own.
