East 20-35fow, Kings, Coho's, Browns & Bows. Couldn't get any 3 yr olds to go. Biggest was a 13# Coho and 12# Brown. Stingray frogs & NBK's were best 13' down and off boards with 1 color. Only a couple slide diver bites.
How far east did you get. Looking to get out Tuesday morning. Thanks, Cliff

First time out this year ! Yahoo ...... Felt good to get back on the water after reading for weeks how awesome the fishery has been. Got out for a few hrs this AM before wind kicked up. 15 fish caught, all browns in the 5-10 lb class.3 Doubles and 2 triples. Board lines 100 back with Firetiger and Chartruse T-sticks with a few colored evil eyes with 2 hits of shot thrown in for good measure. 2 riggers set at 65 and 55 with Goby and UV Mixed veggie. Water was chocolate after all the rain and surface temp of 40-43. Trolled from the creek mouth to Hamlin beach and back past creek to million dollar house. Very short, but very Good trip. Can't wait to get back out !

What was the depth of water you were fishing? Where out of Rochester West, East, straight out? Great job getting those kings! Thanks for the info! Tight lines, Cliff

Went out of Sandy Creek at 6am headed to 80' off the pump house. We ran 2 sticks off the board, and 2 riggers at 30' and 50',with black and green glow spoons and 2 wire divers at 110 and 150 with spindoctors white and green dots, green fly, and white with no-see um fly. 3 lake trout on spoons and 3 lake trout on spinnys. Had 1 good rip on the wire around 11 couldn't hook em though, probably a king given the way the line took off. Nothing off the boards even with constant changing of sticks. overall fished from 80' to 120' from the pump house to just east of the creek, in by noon.
