There's not much talk about Whitby Harbour, which is 2 minutes from my house. I see all kinds of charter boats parked there, but I've yet to catch one out of Whitby. Will I have better luck out by Darlington? I have a single rigger, and some salmony lures, and a good finder. Don't do much salmon fishing though, not as much as I should be! -
What's the word on fishing out of Whitby Harbour in the fall?? New to Salmon... not new to fishing Just got a rigger, though I'd test it out. Caught my first salmon this spring, 5-6 pounds flat lining in 30 feet of water, super fun. Still can't catch anything but those nasty water fleas on the rigger.
