Rub the ribs with cajun spice or something similar, slice a few onions lay them on top, place in large baking dish put in 2 or 3 cups of water, about 2 inches, cover with foil and bake for 2-3 hours 325, or until bones begin to pull away from meat, remove from oven, discard onions and liquid, reseason and coat with favorite BBQ sauce, chill in fridge overnight, next day pull out 1 hour before throwing on BBQ, carefully bbq over med heat so they dont burn or fall apart.

I am not a fly fisherman but have done a lot of stream fishing for steelies, browns and salmon, I have pretty much stuck to nymphs for all of them and have had fairly decent success. Not really sure of the names of the flies but have found lots for sale on ebay in the past, bead heads, prince and hares ear seem to ring a bell, never really had much luch with woolie buggers adn streamers but know others that have. With the weather like this you should buy a vise and start tying your own, I tried and most of them look like the cat caughed them up , but I have caught fish on one that looked like it was tied from belly button lint Just beware flies are addictive, have fun
