  1. I have the same boat they are great in big water ,waves no problems in 6-8' add a second winshield and you would be great mainly for head room with the top plenty of room to. Fish 3-4 trolling 5-6 perch fishing and when you finish the teak these boats look great as well I did opt for the bigger engine and its a gas hog sometimes wish it was a bit smaller you can mount 4 riggers and 16 rod holders as I did and still has room great boats imo

  2. Hey bud we use them in the central basin for walleye they do pull fine behind big boards. When the fish hit they release like dipseys you can get them down to 50' I used them last weekend for kings due to the fact they were suspended we picked up 3-5 kings don't rember exact . The ones that I used were tru trips they worked great and if you run them on steelline you can even get them deeper and they have rattles in them added atraction they do work for fish in the top 55'

  5. If any of you have I/O's that have been run this spring with all the good weather we had & there on a trailer. Make sure they're drained or other provisions to keep some heat in the engine compartment tonight. Predicted lows in the mid ta low twenties tonight could & would ruin yer day the next time you go to fire em up.

L&M hey I took your advise drained the block at 830 at night put in a light 60watt a thermomiter and covered the motar cover with a few tarps the temp got down to 20 I had ice hanging and in other areas of the boat but I. Thanks to you for putting that slight dought in my head I was able to keep the motar at 40 degs if you would not have posted I would have done nothing so you very well may have saved the boat to fight fish for another day. Thanks for the reminder againe
