I work in customer service (not for Lowrance) and thought they were adequate... My G2 HDS wouldn't power off so they sent me a new HDS 7 G2 Touch. I was supposed to get billed for it, but never did? That said, the reps I spoke to seemed rather confused and unsure of what they're talking about.

Tighten the clip. If it keeps happening wrap the line around the clip.

Do you use any type of light filter? My GoPro has a green tint when over 50 feet down.

Nice boat Minion!

FYI to anyone who catches a goldfish, kill it! They reproduce very rapidly and can outcompete native species. There's mainly lakes out west and in Florida that are filled with them.

Nice report.

That's a good looking boat you've got there Josh.

Leadcore is a little more user friendly for a new guy. I run copper on one side and core on the other.

I live in Eastern PA far from where that one was caught, but every few years some catches one from a local lake near me. Typically it's a misidentified Pacu, but that certainly appears to be a piranha based on it's teeth. Piranha have been sold in PA pet stores and from time to time I still encounter them even though I believe it is illegal now to posses them.
