  1. True that rolmops. I am just comfortable with I/O because i have and can do the maintenance myself. I should be more open to change. I would consider an outboard on the right platform, I have a 2005 Trophy 1952 now and I do like the boat just to small. When I say doghouse I think of that big box sitting in the middle of the deck. On my Trophy its incorporated  with two storage compartments and a bench seat I don't mind that style..

  2. I purchased the boat about a year ago and love the way it has ran and performed. I trailered it to most of the Finger Lakes and Lake Ontario. My plan was to fish Cayuga and Seneca more then Lake Ontario. Well something has happened the more that I go to Sodus The more I don’t want to go home. So now the search has begun for a something larger that I can slip in Sodus Bay and come up on my weekends w/o trailering. Probably 24’-30’ something with a large fishing platform and a descent cuddy. So if there is anyone out there looking to down size let me know maybe there is a deal out there!

  3. Absolutely piratesholly, I'm the same, he was more than my dad he was my best friend and when he passed away from cancer it was the worst day of my life. Since then I was rewarded with 2 beautiful girls(twins) it's hard to believe it's 10 years already and today I got a 48 gun, gun safe from my wonderful ladies. My girls are chomping at the bit to come up to our camp and go out on LakeO and do some fishing, that's why I'm pushing to get my lower unit back on the boat, and adjusted up, so when they come up we can just head out and enjoy ourselves. Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.

I also was rewarded w/ two beautiful girls. lost my dad to cutting a tree down almost twenty years ago still effects me today. How do you get your girls out?? Mine won't get their heads off the pillow in the morning!! hahaha. We have a cottage on Cayuga lake for a week in July hope they put down there cell phones and enjoy the outdoors w/ pops!
