30' PennYan Flybridge Sedan One of the greatest boats built by PennYan Boat Co! Professional survey from 3/24/2013 indicates a rock-solid vessel with solid stringers and everything it takes to make a vessel sail through this stringent inspection! The survey indicates today's approximate value in excess of $30,000. This vessel has never seen salt water. I'm the 3rd owner. It features a huge 80 sq. ft. deck, along with a glassed in cockpit providing complete protection from the elements, while also providing an unobstructed view of the deck from behind the glass doors. Lower station/salon totally updated in February 2013 with new carpet, upholstery, and wood-grain wall covering. A remodeled bathroom with new Raritan electric toilet and vinyl tile completes the updated interior. Port side interior features a fully functional lower station and helm which makes this vessel one of a kind. A huge bridge offers complete control, a captain's chair, and bench seating for 6 additional people. This rig was re-powered in 2007 with brand new factory 5.7 GM Vortechs by Indmar Marine and therefore have very low hours. The Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmissions were completely rebuilt in 2009.
