it was august of 87 by the north dunes off sandy pond flat calm about 95 hooked a 31 pounder right in the butt  wow what a fight had to let it go.... haven't thought about that in a long time thanks and good luck !!!!

Don't stay in the trailers...... We were there a few years ago stayed in a trailer when you turned the light on in the kitchen the stove wouldn't work then the trailer next to ours went up in flames as the guys were out fishing   The cabins are nice and the price is right !!! Good Luck Fishin

troll east or west along the mud line in 10 to 25 ft of water with small stick baits on plannerboard for browns atlantics and I've heard of a few guys with kings already     good luck

Fished from 7 till 10:30 south west winds and overcast.. We broke the wall and headed west in 12 to 20 fow used all gold and black/silver jr thundersticks ran 4 plannerboard rods and 2 downrigger rods only took one small brown on a spoons but stickbaits did very well ! Finished with 8 browns biggest was 10ibs 3 atlantics biggest was 12ibs and 1 coho about 3ibs lost or missed about 5 kept 2 atlantics and 4 browns ANOTHER GREAT DAY AT THE OAK !!!

looking to up grade to a 1990 or newer 30 ft or less baha from a 1990 245 penn yan would like any pro's or con's also would like to know if you can troll with a single screw (one engine) to save gas... thank's for any and all info !!!

I use my fat buddys to slow my 5.7 down    the slower ya need to go the more ya feed um cheaper then a new kicker

Add to the cost of fuel lines that are over 20 years old, especially the fill line that is hardened up. I would forget about the livewell and use it for storage.

that's what did with my gls when I had it.. not a lot of storage on that boat
