Nice to see the kings showing up out of Oz !

E-Chips in green/glow were hot early and late in the day. Silver with green/blue during mid day worked for me.

I just purchased a bunch of meat rigs from Big Weenie and plan on running them for the first time out of Oswego this summer. My plan was to run them after the morning F/F and spoon bite slows. I guess my question to those of you who run them is when do you start having luck with them? Now, July, or when they are staging in Aug/Sep? Thanks guys!

I havent had any issues yet with mine but Ive only used it a few times. So far I really like the ease of use and the detail in both the sonar and downscan. When turning it on it does take a few seconds to power up, but other than that I have no complaints with the unit.

Congrats, thats a sweet boat. I bought a mint 191 Islander in May and absolutely love it.

I have the DSI on my Elite 7. I fish mostly salmon where its really not that much of a benefit but if you fish shallower structure for walleyes or bass its well worth the extra hundred bucks. The detail is pretty amazing when compared to the standard sonar.

Hey guys, fairly new to big lake fishing and very new to this online computer stuff. Bought a brand new 2012 Lund Fury 16 footer last June and made the mistake of going after salmon out of Oswego. Needless to say I cought the fever and now have a 2001 Islander 191 all rigged up for the Big O. The older fellow I bought it from bought it new in 03 and shortly after his wife fell ill. Sad story and a great guy but the boat only had 98 hrs on it! Basically a new boat, not a dent on it and garage kept. Look forward to seeing some of you out there once the salmon show up!

Targeted salmon for the first time out of Oswego Saturday. Heavy bait pods in 150 to 180 feet down 40 to 80. Ran a 2 rigger,2 dipsey, and 300 copper down the chute set up with standard F/F rigs. All flies were tipped with a herring strip on the front hook. Went 2 for 4 on kings with both fish coming on the 65 rigger. Lost 2 on the dipseys. Fun day with calm seas and a couple nice fish, 15 and 25 pounds. No flea issues yet either. Only should get better from here!
