  1. Great job. Some amazing fish. At least you did better than we did on Seneca. Hooked up 15 fish but not much for size. Reporting on your trip gives us all hope for big fish. Makes me want to go there. My youngest son and I had a good time here though.

  2. Where do most of you check winds for Lake O? I have a smaller boat. All the pics I've seen over the last 3 or 4 weekends look real flat. Seneca is my home base for fishing. But the Big O is looking very enticing.

  3. Hello Mike,

37 fish on, is a busy day. I use to fish Cayuga in the 80's. When I was a teen. Had some awesome days back then. I hear it's not that good any more. But you managed to hook up alot. Great day.

  5. Didn't know I had to tell how many people were with me. Is this the DEC page. It's discouraging to know that people jump all over you for making a post. Guess I won't post next time. Just trying to be nice and let people know what is working.

  6. Started the day at about 5 am from Watkins. Slow beginning for the first 2 hours. Then slowly got better. Lost 3 nice fish to start. Didn't lose another though. Went 12 for 15. 8 bows, but not to big. Had to keep 3. They were almost swallowing the hook. Got real good late late morning into early afternoon. Bringing in 3 LL's and a Laker. Two of the salmon were 4 lb 14oz and 5 lb 13oz. Called it quits at 1:40. The boats, skiers and jet sky's were crazy. Almost had planers ran over about 5 times. Had to wave arms and yell because them weren't going to stop. Had planers about 50 yds of shore. Shiers were ripping by between them and shore about 10 to 15 feet from planers. I had enough and called it off for the day. Ran planers, dipsy's and copper. 20ft to 35ft was the ticket. FLT Chicken Feed, Blue Alewife and Sutton 50 did all the work. Had a lot of fun.
