I have for sale to cold water 30 3-D reels in like new condition bought over the Winter fish with a 1/2 a dozen times this season. The only reason I'm Selling is to upgrade to the shinano Tekota's. These have 7 strand wire on them. There is 2 different wires but both have 7 Strand.$225 shipped to the US. These do not come with the rods reel only. Thanks

I have always check it at the Surface 2 but speed is different from surface to where the probe is. I'm not a very good meat fisherman. Just looking to get better was going to put some good amount of time into trying to be better at it. Thanks

Okay guys I have a question when tuning cut bait at what speed are you checking the roll? Because when checking the roll you checking it at surface. Do I bring the surface speed to what the Down Speed is going to be?

So I moved the transducer down and over toward the center and the graph work way better. Thanks to everyone. Good luck fishing

Make sure  that it does not align with the main rows of rivets coming from front to back of boat.  I line mine up with a ruler to bottom of the boat.  The leading edge should be about 1/4 inch below the bottom of the boat.  and the angle should be ever so slightly ascending from front to back.  I can read up to 40 plus mph on transducers for both the Furuno and Lowrance.

Well i will give that a try tomorrow . Thanks for taking the time to help.My other problem is that screen gets all cluttered when i come up to speed. Could all be related?

Here's a few pictures of what it looks like now. I have adjusted it two to three times. It definitely worked better when it was lower than what it looks like in picture. Thanks for all the help guys.

Thanks Sk8man I have looked at the instructions and called Lowrance and they looked up my boat. Its seems its a matter of adjustment.
