  1. I will be heading West from Maine this weekend and spending the week in Henderson Harbor fishing with the family for the annual Lake O trip. Has anyone been able to ignite any kings yet? I have been hearing that they have been pretty tight-lipped so far...
We were out yesterday and couldn't get the king's to bite. Did manage a nice Laker though.

  2. It's good to hear from you and see that you're moving forward. Hard to keep a boater/fisherman down.

Again thanks for sharing your horrific story and how prepared you were with the life jackets. We were out yesterday and it got pretty snotty but we had the jackets out and accessible. Lucky we didn't need them but if we did we would have been prepared because of your warning.

  3. Checked the weather before I left Pa.all good.   well big difference from what there sayin now. 15kn W overnight 3-5ft.  For tomarrow morning.  A lilttle to much to take my Baha out in the AM.  Lookin like I’m gonna run on another members rig whos running solo tomorrow morning and get on mine for the evening if it lays down.
i’ll post tomarrow as I go.
    Good luck out there tomorrow.

  4. Idle is about 650, the problem i was having was the thermostat wouldnt kick in and cool the boat unless I was running around 1k rpm. Replaced the thermostat and had the same thing going on when we went out the other day, which is the only time the bags have seen water so far. Today I replaced all the belts on the engine and I think that may have fixed that problem. Plan on going out tomorrow morning to see how it goes now.
If your boat is an I/O it sounds like the impeller needs to be replaced. Mine was doing that at the beginning of the season. Impeller was the problem.
