Gone 1 laker 17 lbs in 70 fow down 55 feet NK spoon silver and green on down rigger.out from wicklow beach

Hello if you head farer east there a good dock in wicklow 10 min. off shore you in 90 feet of water i have a 16 foot boat as long it a north wind you good to go.

We were 30' down, just dropped everything to 60 tho

Short report, got to Frenchman's bay only to find out that the power was left on in the boat and a dead battery. Headed her back home to clean and wax, will try again tomorrow hopefully with a charged battery this time.

I thought i was the only one to do that ,took the battery out of the truck when fishing anyway ,live and learn.Charlie

I didnt have any on my lines and yes hope the kings come in soon

Hello ,Hit the water a 5 30 this morning.fished 175 to 45 fow,down 30 to 60 feet down with spoons ,No bigfish 2 small king shakers.Marked lots of bait mostly down around 25 fow mark some fish but not very many,still another week or 2 i guest.good luck all Charlie.

Out of bluffers got a mix of trout and salmon on Saturday got 8in boat. Sunday was awesome got went 12 for 20. A mixture as we'll all on spoons black and purple was doing it for us.

Went out fri mornin for a bit marked fish 40 -65 ft had one knock off and caught a laker just over 10lb.. seen a few guys out on mcallister..

Welcome to the board Charlie. Try running a flasher-fly above a clean spoon on the rigger's.   Where's Wicklow?  (Canada I assume?)

Hello all my name is Charlie,i fish out of Wicklow Beach.I been fishing the big lake for 3 or 4 years now.I have a 16 foot boat so i pick the days i go out ,i only have downriggers,so i only use spoons it works most of the time.This i a good site to learn from.I been out 2 time this year with no luck i hope that changes,would like to get my boy into some big Kings.I also like to say good luck and be safe out there Charlie
