  1. Update: Total scan transducer is sold. I'll text you on the 9 inch RodBuster!
  2. Selling a pair of Lowrance HDS touch screen fish finder / chart plotters. The 9" is a gen 2 and the 7" is a gen 3. Both units come with all the wiring and a 83/200 transducer. I have a brand new transducer and 1 used one. Also have a total scan transducer for sale that will give side imaging, down imaging and regular sonar all in one transducer. Last item is a Lowrance go free wifi router. This allows for the fish finder display to be used on a tablet, smartphone, etc. It also allows the units to connect to the internet for updates. $800 for the 9" screen, $600 for the 7" screen, $150 for the total scan and $100 for the wifi system. Feel free to call or text with any questions. 607-377-2735 Thanks for looking! Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. I believe treble hooks are okay. The only special regulations I saw were no night fishing past the 104 bridge. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Sounds like fun! Hopefully between hunting season and cooler weather coming the boat traffic settles down. I've been using j plugs and rapala j-13s off the downriggers as well. Heard good things about deep diving thundersticks but yet to try them Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. Wow that's pretty cool. I have a 16.5 ft boat so I should be good as well. Salmon river drops down to about 3 ft in places so I was fishing the deeper 15-20 ft holes by boat. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. Can you run a full size boat up the Genesee Jim? I've been playing around in the salmon river doing the same sort of thing. We got some salmon there by casting Rapalas. Lot of fun on a bass rod! Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. I'm surprised wire ties are strong enough. I guess that's better than my temporary setup. I had mine laying on the floor under the console last time because I couldn't wait to use it lol. New ram mount will be here on Friday so hopefully get it more permanently mounted before the weekend. Thanks for brightening the pictures Sk8man. 8. That's okay. I can make out what it is. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Thanks that helps! That's a different mount than I was looking at. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. I'd like to see it if it's not too much trouble to get a picture Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. Yeah it's the X4. That makes sense on tightening them on a slight angle. Do you remember what bracket that was you used? I compared to the holes in my Lowrance ram mount and they weren't even close. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Anybody mounted a fish hawk on a ram mount? I'm having trouble finding a hole pattern that lines up. I'll drill the holes into a universal pattern plate if I need to but just curious if there's a better option out there. Sent from my SM-G930V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Anybody have the original totalscan transom mounting bracket they would be willing to part with? The older style like I'm looking for is made out of metal where the new one is plastic. I'm trying to use existing mounting holes in the boat and getting creative with the mounting bracket. I guess Lowrance is out of stock and has switched over to the new plastic style. Lowrance is letting people upgrade for free to the plastic bracket incase anybody wants the new style and send me their old one . The metal bracket was used on the totalscan, structurescan 3d & hd transducers if that helps.
  14. Nice report! Is there a launch out of Sheldrake or do you have a place there?
