I was also out there and brought a second boat. One release between the both of us. Marked a lot of fish but they didn't cooperate.

Went out late this morning and didn't mark any Kings or bait. Did get a 30 inch Laker on F/F.

We did keep going. Sunday we boated a 28" Brown and this afternoon a 28" King with 4 releases. Best weekend ever even with having to sit out Saturday with wind. All fish taken on spoons.

Good day toady. 3 Steelhead 22" 26"& 28" one 4# Brown. All on spoons.

My mistake. After looking at the picture the fish was an Atlantic not a Coho.

Went out early this morning and had an NBK bit off the downrigger without releasing. Then a 22 1/2" Coho on 3 color lead core on a black chrome jointed Thunderstik. Shortly after was blown off the lake. .

Got my dock in the water and my boat in the hoist yesterday but the wind delayed any fishing plans. I am ready weather permitting.

3 Browns Sunday and Monday morning .Then blown off the lake. Largest 27 inches.

Changed oil and lower end grease yesterday. Be trolling by the end of the week.

I have been out of business the last couple weeks with motor problems but got the problem fixed today. Can't wait to get back out.

Went out this morning trolling for browns in 40' 20' down East of the chute and got a 20" small mouth on a Stinger spoon. Yesterday picked up a 22' brown the same way. Later out to 214' dropped a nice steelhead off a planer with a deep diving stick bait. Very slow weekend.

Fished Browns all week out of Fair Haven. Only 2 boated one 8# the other 22 inches. Very slow.
4 stroke vs 2 stroke power

I have a 2000 90hp Mercury 4 stroke on an old 18 Starcraft Holiday. It will troll down to 1.5 mph and uses far less than my old 15hp Johnson kicker. I have a 12 gallon fuel tank but only use a 6 gallon tank that came with it. In the years I have had it I have never came close to running out in a day.
