Perfect! . I work next door to a machine shop to comes in handy . I think most asscessories are way over priced , it's just a 3inch square block and set screws

I have access to all the materials and a welder , I'm not sure if it would end up being cheaper buying material and paying someone to weld it up for u . I try to make as much stuff as I can to fit in my tracks

Last yr was my first yr and had great results . I bought some offshore boards ,okuma madga #20 reels lined with 15 lb main to 10 fluorocarbon leader ,8ft Shimano tdr trolling rods med light. I ran mostly spoons 125-150 then attach the board and on the next board 100ft then board and 75 on the 3rd and one flat line down the chute that took a ton of fish . Usually 2.2-2.5 but all depends whether your running sticks or spoons . Hope this helps I'm no expert but any means but we caught fish!!!

I believe I found a line on a Suzuki 9.9 4 stroke at a good price if not I would consider a new tohastsu . I'm using trolling bags now which helps stabilize the boat in big waves but it's hard dialing my speed

I want to mount it clamp style with a steering rod . I like the price of the tohastsu 6 hp long shaft, just nervous into the current and waves it won't push good
