  2. I was also on Cayuga last night and got chased off by the storm. I was by Aurora with a diver 120 - 140 the rod never moved for 2 hours. When I saw the storm coming I reeled in but the fleas jammed at the end of the rod I pulled the rest in by hand so I could get North and avoid the lightning and rain. Here are pics of the fleas and the weather, maybe next time fish pics.
  3. For me I am on Cayuga lake so too far to drive but would love some pics as I am sure there must be something I need. You can text them to 630-715-3461 or email [email protected] please. Thank you McVic Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United
  4. I am interested in much of what you have. I have a few basic things to make spinners but want to see what items you have. Where are you? Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United
  5. Thanks for all the feedback on the lures. I do see the Williams on that middle lure in fact I have about 8 of those in different sizes either gold or silver. The long silver lure is a Troll devle never seen one. The colorful plastic baits are musky baits that's good to know. I won't try pulling those in Cayuga I am getting a downrigger on my pontoon and can't wait to try it out. I have gotten a couple of lakers with a Dipsy Diver, never had any luck jigging for trout. Thanks again and I hope to be posting pics of fish next time not lures Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United

  7. I found this ap and was thrilled to read and see pics of trout and salmon from the folks fishing deep. I am a full time wheelchair user and I live on Cayuga lake by Hibiscus Harbor for most of the year. I have a pontoon boat set up for me to use and I am trying to learn the best ways to fish deep. I have tried vertical jigging with 1 oz white jig heads and 4 inch scented Berkley Power Bait. I have a very basic Garmin fish finder it does show fish, structure and depth but no luck catching or even getting a bite. I just got a Dipsy and have not used it yet, looking for rigging suggestions. Thanks for any advice. McVic Sent from my iPad using Lake Ontario United
