  6. Great day out in 6-10 feet of water. Bottom is covered with chubs and yellow perch. Filleted some chubs last night and they were great in olive oil with some salt. Little silver with pink panther color was the hot bite Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  7. Nice I have heard the creek chub have been getting bigger and bigger every year. My son and I used to troll with cleos and smack them in front of the nuke plant every once and a while. They are definitely an underrated fish and offer a great fight when you get into the bigger ones! Tight lines brother Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  12. My bad "whaler 1" I was just explaining my experience throughout the years with the plant. Usually if you aren't an idiot and get really close there's no issue. We stayed off far enough and had no issue today. But nonetheless there is fish everywhere out there so I guess there's no need to go inside the buoys. I will say though that there were about five boats all trolling in the buoys today. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. We fished inside the buoys all day and no issue. Ended up 13 for 13 and it was a nice day out there. Our best colors were a blue rapala and anything black n silver. As long as you don't get ridiculously close and stop your boat you will be fine. They only call the coast guard if you are stopped and too close... but this is only for this time of year and not in the summer. Check out all this food I found I one of the browns stomach!!!
