Fish hawk usually honors warranties for 2 years instead of 1 because of winter people only fish half the year, what they told me. So for someone in the market, they save $75 plus shipping and/or tax have a brand new unit anyway and still over a year of warranty. Looking to upgrade to the Bluetooth version so going to sell my X4. It has been used maybe 7-9 times, was purchased in august 2016. The probe is brand new only seen water once to test it (I had one acting funny so they warrantied it). Per fish hawk, the transducers are the same between the units so the used X4 transducer will stay on my boat and I will ship the buyer the brand new transducer put of the Bluetooth unit I buy. So I'm asking $575 shipped, you get an X4 unit with new probe, new transducer, and display that's been gently used less than 10 times, even have the original box and manuals. Guy, no disrespect but Danny edited his post. No problem with questions here, however his pre-edit second post was rude and showed he had no intention of purchasing. Yes looks like they're on sale at Frank's for 75, there will be another 10 at least in shipping and 15 for metal rear pin upgrade so that's still $100/pair and I'm asking $60 shipped in new condition. Plus I have probably 20 min of time in each board smoothing edges because the church boards tend to chafe and nick lines out of the box with the sharp edges, not that that adds a dollar value but it is time someone else doesn't have to spend making them right To each their own, I think it's a fair price. If someone is interested in them and they think a different price is fair than they can make on offer and we will see if we can come to an agreement. The wife and I have never seen the falls, would like to make a trip to see them one day when we are in the area fishing free bar. Are you allowed to drive a boat up the river close enough to see the falls? Whether or not that is an option what are the other ways/places to see it from?
