  1. Everything was purchased new last year.

Up for sale is a helix 7 G2N Chirp SI GPS. Unit is practically brand new, I just took the plastic off the screen, back, and sides today for photos. Transducer bracket has a crack but is epoxied and I used it with no issue last year. Comes with mounting bracket, transducer, and power cable $425

    Humminbird Extension Cable 10’ 490477-1 $30

Humminbird Y cable (run an additional 2D sonar) $20

    Helix NEMA 2000 adapters (x2) 720114-1 $60

    30’ Ethernet cable 490384-4 $50

Airmar to HB adapter cable 20’ $30

I would like to sell as a kit for someone looking to add on a “back of the boat” fish finder but will split.

  2. What about using something like Fire Brine? Is that recommended to use with bait that has already brined?

You can, definitely not necessary and would not recommend it on this bait, We worked for 6 years on the “recipe” with about 100 different combinations of chemicals, preservatives, etc to get it where it is now. It’s as indestructible as can be while still keeping all of the natural qualities of a piece of herring.

If you want to add color you can use fire dye, but fire brine will have no benefit since it’s already brined.
