  1. I

    Fishing was very slow thursday
worst day I had all year fished 80 to 250 not many fish cold water was set up down 80 very consistent but not many fish
ended at noon with two very small ones caught high in 55 degree water

We started 180 trolled to 350, got 2 in 250 70 down and one in 220 90 down. Not a great night very slow. Was very pleased with the lack of fleas though

  3. Was out trolling yesterday, and my ancient humminbird croaked. I’ve been wanting a new one for a while now, because my old one only tells depth and water temp, and barely marks fish.. so I’m in the market. I like humminbird units but not the prices, I don’t need anything crazy fancy just something More up to date. I want to be able to set waypoints and what not. Anyone got anything?

  4. Got out around 530pm, started in 100 fow, our first bite came on a rigger down 57 before we were all setup. Lost him but it was a good one. Spoon. Next bite was in 130 on a spoon, down 57. And then it all happened really fast.. we went like, 9/19 in 3 hours. Worth fighting the fleas. We boated two big steelhead (released immediately), and the rest were kings. Average 10 lbs. few dinks. Got a few on meat and a few on fly too. Wasn’t just a spoon bite. We trolled all the way to 200 but every thing was 150-100. Fish all over the place. Good stuff folks. I’m normally a morning guy but I can see myself doing this evening thing more often.
