I had the same problem! About 1800 to 2100 she had noticeable miss! Drove me mad! Turned out to be the emm! I found an 97 evinrude 150 picked up for the lower unit! Decided to swap ecu and see if it helped! And it was an instant fix! I picked up a good 350 rpms and 7mph to boot! Anyone who claims the emm needs to be programed to the injectors is mistaken! However the injectors shouldnt be changed from one side to the other side! I hope this helps someone somewhere!
