Howdy, So i recently picked up a kenner 18ft with the same outboard and i was having the same issue. but i’ve had this issue on other outboards before and i’ve changed a billion parts looking for the issue to come to the conclusion that it’s the fuel mixture. take whatever u got in ur tank, half it, then fill with fresh fuel (non mixed). and mine runs like a champ now.
