It wouldn't take my cash or do anything for me or the guy before me this past Saturday

The big black thick one goes on the drive, it seals where the shaft and universal aligns within the transom assembly. One of the orange ones seals where the cooling water goes from the outdrive to the transom assembly, not sure about the others. When I did mine, I know I had a few extras. You should be able to tell by looking at where the old seals are when you disassemble and remove your outdrive.

Same here, I rigged mine with his measurements and am very pleased with how they work, even at 1.5mph for walleye, they still work good.

Just put a treble light in the bilge, that should be all you need at 32 degrees.

What kind of outdrive??? If a MerCruiser, did the little O-ring between the upper and lower half of the drive get lost/damaged/replaced?
-
That looks awesome

Outboard............ trim it all the way down to fully drain out the water.......... done

Or if the motor is to do double duty on a small boat that is meant to plane off, a long shaft might not let the boat plane off due to too much drag.

FleetTracker, how are you going to steer the kicker?

Can anyone confirm if the boat launch ramp in Wilson harbor is still iced in? It's hard to tell looking at the web cam if the ice is gone or not.

I have the same 245 with rod holders on the hard top and my boat is 10'2" sitting on the trailer hooked to my truck.

Those crazy colors should work good in stained or dirty waters...... they do for me. When the water is clear, more natural colors seem to do better.

$2,000 or best offer

So as you can see from this post, fishing in high seas is very straightforward:
1.) Guys have their worst and best fishing is stormy seas
2.) Guys fish both deep and shallow
3.) Guys fish their boards, others pull them in
4.) Guys fish into the waves, with the waves, and at angles to the waves
I hope we all narrowed it down for you......lol
Good luck,
Chris
Richard, this post says it all, should probably print it out and put a copy in the boat

It's still cheaper than going to a shrink

Spend too much at the LOTSA event?

Not sure if there would be any interest here, but I am looking to sell my 1999 Suzuki Katana GSX750F motorcycle. It is a sport bike that has 16,000 miles on it and new tires that only have a few hundred miles on them. The bike is in good condition, everything works as it should, is currently inspected and road ready. Only reason for selling is since I hardly ever ride it anymore, maybe only once or twice a summer. I can post pics later. Looking for $2,200 or best offer.

What he is saying is that he uses 2 clips for the 2 attachment points that a diver has, allowing him to attach the diver anywhere on the line. The diver is then removed when reeling in, kind of how an inline planer is clamped onto your line.

Your engine will start moving around and lose alignment with drive unit. More ugliness from there.
Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
This stuff, along with the engine coupler failing, the outdrive gears will fail, all kinds of bad stuff due to the alignment being off and constantly changing. Stress cracks will begin to appear in the surrounding fiberglass, indicating that there is flex going on due to the stringer support system being compromised.

You're talking about a boat that is almost 24 years old........... ANY boat can and will have issues if it wasn't taken care of or maintained properly.
Get a survey or factor in the cost of repairs into your offer price

Another idea or option..... use a secondary steering system like the ez glide:
