Fished Shipbuilder's Point from 7 till 10 am in 14 FOW using the new Dreamweaver V.Q.Green Gobie spoon that was posted in the Tackle & Techniques portion of this website. Caught 3 browns ranging from 4 - 6 lbs. I moved out to 25 FOW to dodge another boat and this 17lb 11oz king hit the same spoon! I've already placed my order for a couple more! Fished the north end of the lake for a few hours Saturday and caught five pike. Three of them were in the 26-30 inch range and the other two were 36 and 37 inches. I took three trolling 4 inch J-plugs and large spinner baits in 10 - 20 FOW along the north west shoreline. The others came fan casting plastic swim baits with a 3/4 oz jig head in 20 FOW over broken weed cover and sandy bottom. Sure was fun and the weather was beautiful!

Caught 22 Northern pike fishing from noon to 4pm. All between 23" - 32". Fished the west shore line at the north end of the lake. Was trolling at 2.7 - 3 mph in 13 - 17 fow using 4" silver and 4" green/yellow tiger stripe J-plugs about 50' behind the boat.
